Punctuality

To ensure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience at Vivica B Hair (VBH) please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving 10 minutes late after your scheduled appointment will result in appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment.

Payments/Deposits

A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all clients unless using Klarna. This deposit will go toward your services. All clients of the salon must have a credit card on file in order to make an appointment. Deposits can be paid using the "pay deposit online" service selection, apple pay, Zelle, or cashapp $Godsgirl001. Once deposit is received I will personally confirm your appointment. Appointments made without a paid deposit will be canceled. 

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for services and products. Gratuities are also welcomed in cash. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.

Consultations

All new clients are highly advised to book a consultation appointment with your hairstylist, prior to their first service.  The consultation fee is $25.00 and is a separate charge from the scheduled services. The fee must be paid at the time of booking the consultation appointment.

All permanent color and extension services require a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. After the consultation, a 50% deposit of permanent color or extension services is required when booking.

No Show/Late Cancellation

Twenty-four-hour notification to cancel an appointment is required via salon phone call and/or voicemail. No-shows, late arrivals (after the grace period of 10 minutes), and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in cancelation. Deposits will not be refunded or go towards any future bookings.

Same Day Appointment

Same-day appointments are allowed, but due to these times being outside of my normal business hours, a $55 surcharge is required. This convenience fee does not go towards your service and has to be paid at the time of booking.

V.I.P Appointments

These appointments are on Sundays and Mondays. There is a convenience fee of $100 and it doesn't go toward your service.

Waiting Area

Our waiting area is for clients who are being serviced only. There are no guests or children under 13 allowed to wait in the salon unless they are being serviced.
